CETL: Early Career Faculty Mentoring Workshop In-Person
Early Career Faculty Mentoring Workshop on 5/11 from 10am-12pm with lunch to follow. All full-time early career faculty (pre-third year review) are invited to participate in a mentoring workshop. The focus of this workshop is on developing an individual mentoring map designed to help early career faculty members identify gaps in their mentor network and discuss strategies for filling those gaps. You will have the option to participate in a short qualitative research study to evaluate the effectiveness of this mentoring workshop and its potential to be included in a more structured mentorship program at the College of Charleston.
