Archiving a Community Cornerstone

Archiving a Community Cornerstone In-Person / Online

The Avery Research Center for African American History and Culture is a community cornerstone serving families, organizations, and communities. To continue its work as an archival and college resource, the Mellon Foundation recently provided funding to expand upon our mission and recognize significant milestones in our history, including the Avery Normal Institute's turning 160. We will host a panel discussion on the impact of the funding on our archival, programming, and outreach initiatives.
